What do they want to do?
Demolish a 4 bedroom detached house and replace it with a “residential development of flats” (2 one-bedroom and 3 two-bedroom).

Has the property had significant planning applications before?
An application to build flats on the site was made (but withdrawn) in 2008 – details here – and a scheme was discussed with planning officers in March 2017, which was redeveloped into the one we have now.
